i ended up being very tired very quickly last night so didn't get in anything... so before i forget... in terms of food, not quite as good as i had been, the toast and oj in the morning, a tomato cup a soup at lunch, then 2 lattes, and a piece of lo-fat tiramisu, and a hot dog. it could have been worse. i could have had chocolate cake :S ( Read more... )
